Description
Hire is Google's attempt at integrating an Applicant Tracking System & Recruiting tool in its G Suite. Unfortunately, the company recently announced that Hire will be shut down in 2020.
I was tasked with building the product's marketing website by using Google's internal tech stack, leveraging a proprietary static site generator and using Jinja templates, Sass and vanilla JS code. The JS code is intended to progressively enhance the semantic HTML markup, and is not required to access the information on the website.
The animations were designed in After Effects and added to the page by using the bodymovin export tool and JS library (now integrated in Lottie Web).
