Disposable Art: Radial Maze

My good friend (and ex-colleague) Jonathan Thaw always has cool ideas brewing. Back in March, he briefed me about his latest: a project called Disposable Art, that creates generative art which is then printed on a receipt printer.

I was asked to contribute to the project by coding my own Artist, i.e. the algorithm responsible for generating one of the available art sketches.

Inspired by this tweet from Mike Brondbjerg, I created the Radial Maze Artist. In order to generate printable art boards, the PDFkit library is used instead of the more common Canvas APIs.
